All Daily Health Challenges
Below are all the daily health-related challenges published so far.
- If you work sitting down, stand up for 5-10min. If you work standing up, sit down for quick break.
- Quiet space and 10 minutes of slow breathing.
- Drink a tall glass of water. (Now!)
- Eat until you are full and stop. Pay attention to the hunger cues.
- Walk, talk and focus on taking in your surroundings.
- Turn off the notifications for the most noisy apps.
- Say out loud what you are thankful for.
- Smile in the mirror or any other form of your reflection. Seeing yourself smile can make you
happier.
- Do some quick guess math on how many minutes of excersize you get.
- Check your air filters, hopefully it hasn't been too long :D
- Get away from the screens for 30 minutes. Notifications too if you can handle it.
- Try a tea instead of a coffee. Reduce the caffiene!
- Snack of the day should include a fruit or veggie!
- Do something that scares you a little bit.
- Try a food you haven't had in a while and don't remember liking.
- Know 3 things that make you great.
- Take a blood pressure test.
- Implement some prevention methods for your biggest health concerns.
- Find out your allergies. (May not be done in a day)
- Invest in some basic safety gear for your activities.
- Clean up your working space.
