All Daily Fitness Challenges
Below are all the daily fitness-related challenges published so far.
- Do an easy set of pushups a few times throughout the day.
- Do a negative pullup set. For more difficulty, increase the time, weight or reps.
- Elbows together behind your back. Ask for someone to squeeze them together if you can't do it alone.
- Jump rope for 1 min without messing up.
- Do as much of a split as you can. If you can do the splits... no need to brag okay?
- Carry something moderately heavy in your arms while walking.
- Run as fast as you can for ~40yds/meters. Give yourself 3 tries :D
- Do a neck workout. Not too much, you don't want to be in pain the next day.
- Do 20-30 minutes in zone 2.
- Do a warm up routine. Aim for at least 10 minutes.
- Do a cool down routine. Aim for at least 10 minutes.
- See how high or far you can jump. Running or standing.
- A quick 15 minute stretch session.
- Workout tired
- Lift something heavy with a partner. See who tires out first.
- Find a main fitness workout.
Max breath hold. If pushing the limit, please lay down or sit while testing.
Max seated toe reach.
Balance on 1 leg, eyes closed for more challenge.
Do a high rep exercise on your strongest muscle group.
